I have enjoyed being a part of the wonderful staff at this facility. Working with staff and residents on a daily basis, adds to the reason why I love my job!! Keep up the good work TEAM HENRICO!!
This facility is very clean. There are no foul smells or odors and the presentation is great! The administrators and staff have always been cooperative and readily available to help. The therapy team is really good they work with me day in and out. I didn't think I could get that much stronger within the time that I have been here but the gains have been remarkable.
This facility is a wonderful place to send your loved ones. The staff is phenomenal, the truly care for the patience and treat them with the utmost respect.
My husband and visited Henrico Health and Rehab Center a while back. We asked a lot of questions and found they had an excellent and well qualified staff. The administration was keeping the place well run. The folks staying there were well cared for and when we chatted with some at lunch they indicated they are treated fairly. The halls and rooms are clean and cheerful. We poked our heads in the therapy room and saw modern equipment in use. Our tour was very thorough and friendly!
The MFA experience has been of 13+ years, 6 years at Henrico Health and 7 at another MFA building. There are many places that present themselves as a great place but I must admit the core of Henrico is genuine and it grows outward. There is no perfect person as there is no perfect facility but there is a goal to be the best you can be. Henrico provides a place of growth as well as a position in the community that they the public can bring there loved ones.
