I hate to even give them 1 star. Service is awful hair turned out a mess. Gone tell me cause my hair natural, I been getting my hair curled natural for 5 years and it was no problem with my hair getting curled by the other Dominicans I go to. I don't even think they own curlers.They rude and they always charging a different price every time u go. I recommend NO ONE!!! To this salon it's not worth the high funds.they talk about you in there language. Your money is your power and I wouldn't advise any one who care about the own culture to give them POWER over you by spending your money!!!! with them.
Very poor customer service skills. All of them are rude and they act like it is bothersome to serve you. The prices change every time you go there. They are fast, but the atmosphere is not warm. Don't bother. I have given them chance after chance and it's always the same. You would think women of color would treat you better. I feel sorry for them. Really need attitude adjustments.
Stopped by just to see how much they charged for just a simple wash and blow dry (no style) and the lady told me 45 dollars smh No thanks...
If only zero stars was an option. Rude, & very unprofessional. Should not own a hair salon & not even know the difference in completely natural hair from fine transitioning hair . Complete scammers. There are professional natraul hair shops in Richmond that have cheaper pricing than this bogus "place of business". Never come to this location. Scammers . Their cosmetology license must have been purchased online .
In and out in 60 minutes. Wash blow dry and flat iron.
